The “Printed for You” Promise
Items in this shop are created and printed specifically for you at the time of purchase. We do not maintain a warehouse of pre-made stock. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “buyer’s remorse” (such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or color preference).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your art arrives damaged (e.g., a bent poster, shipping damage) or has a clear printing error, we provide a free replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
To report an issue: You must provide a clear photo of the damage or error. This is required by our printing partner to process a claim.

Shipping & Returns
Strictly do not mail your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our printing partner (Gelato) uses automated facilities that do not accept public returns. Any item sent to the return address on the package will be lost and cannot be refunded.
In the rare event that a physical return is necessary, we will provide you with specific instructions via our social media dialogue. However, for 99% of damaged goods, a photo is all we need to trigger a replacement—no shipping required.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items reported more than 30 days after delivery.
- Sale items (all sales on discounted items are final).
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your photo evidence is reviewed and the claim is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This typically reflects in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
