1. The Nature of the Goods
All items in this store are Print on Demand (POD), unless otherwise stated. This means the product does not exist until you order it. Because of this bespoke nature:
- Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size/style selection.
- Third-Party Fulfillment: You acknowledge that your order is printed and shipped by our partner, Gelato. While we maintain the highest standards for our art, the physical manufacturing and logistics are handled by their global network. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy page.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot be held liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Lost Packages: If an item is lost in transit, please contact us via our Contact Page within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
3. Intellectual Property
As per the master NeoInnsikt terms, the purchase of a physical print does not transfer any copyright or commercial usage rights to the buyer. You are purchasing a physical artifact for personal display. Any reproduction, scanning, or commercial redistribution of the artwork is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments & Security
Payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party gateways (Stripe/WooCommerce). NeoInnsikt does not store your credit card details.
5. Governing Law
These terms, and your use of this shop, are governed by the laws of Norway, consistent with the registration of NeoInnsikt (Org nr: 867 563 652).
